وَمِنۡ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦۤ أَنۡ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنۡ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَزۡوَٲجً۬ا لِّتَسۡكُنُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَڪُم مَّوَدَّةً۬ وَرَحۡمَةً‌ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٲلِكَ لَأَيَـٰتٍ۬ لِّقَوۡمٍ۬ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

{ And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. } Quran 30:21

{ They are Lîbas for you and you are the same for them. }  Quran 2:187

                                               

Nikah and aqad azzawaj

Muslim Ummah provides the Islamic marriage ceremony called aqad azzawaj or Nikah. You can have the Nikah ceremony performed by Muslim Ummah at the centre or if you prefer, arrangements can be made to have the ceremony performed at a place of your choice. Also, you have to be practising Islam to get married, otherwise we do not perform the marriage ceremony. Identification and two witnesses will be required in order to complete the marriage ceremony.
